Mediter offers you both Exclusive and Non-Exclusive contract
options to sell your property. There are significant benefits
for you with an Exclusive contract that is totally free; the

prefer Non-Exclusive contracts and are willing to pay a
marketing fee for our services.

property there are several types of documents that is needed to
complete the sale. When all these documents are in place we can
then start marketing your property.
To assist us in putting your property on
the market, and to speed up the process when we have a buyer we
require the following documentation:
Copy of title deeds ‘ escriture de compra venta’
Mortgage documentation, if you have a mortgage ‘escriture de hipoteca’
Copy of your last water and electricity bills
First habitation licence ‘ cedula de habilidad’
Copy of SUMA bill
Copy of identification documentation E.G. passport. NIE
Receipt for paid community fee ‘ Recibo de la comunidad’
