It is being discussed if the Spanish housing prices should further down, has reached the bottom or is increasing. According to several portals and experts, the prices have at least hit bottom in Spain. From the first quarter 2009 till today, housing sales have increased more than 16%.

The activity is huge on La Torre Golf Resort and it is certainly impressing what they are doing by building a tennis stadium on the driving range with room for 12.000 spectators.
