Furthermore, in association with GE Commercial Finance Real Estate, Gmp has a stake in another 90,000 sq. metres of offices and 20,000 sq. metres of industrial premises in Madrid and Barcelona.
Gmp has recently made a firm bid for diversification by moving into the residential segment. Following the suc-cessful marketing of one of the most emblematic resi-dential developments in Madrid, Velázquez 64, its most ambitious project in terms of conception and dimensions is Las Colinas de Campoamor Golf Resort, in Alicante.
